Wedding Coordination 

I specialise working in party houses and marquee events where you stay over a period of a few days. 

prior to your event we will meet at the venue if possible, but also have phone calls and a whatsapp link to help us on our planning journey.

I will meet you onsite on your arrival and assist with unpacking and set up of the space, working with other suppliers ensuring everybody is managed and looked after, and any hiccups that may come our way can be resolved, from forgotten rings, shoes, outfits to broken legs, we are here for you! Alongside set up of the space we will have awlak through rehearsal with the key members of the bridal party, ensuring everybody is briefed and at ease on the day. 

On the day, I will arrive onsite approximately three to four hours prior to your ceremony to work behind the scenes ensuring everything is in place for the day. I always work with another colleague, as we are meticulous in our attention to detail and with our breadth of experience we know that your day is beyond important and our team work to cover every aspect to ensure you, your family and friends all have the very best day ever!

We remain onsite until the close of the event, or at venues with no curfew we work out a time that suits you.

we can offer clear down services for the following day... do not hesitate to ask.

As your coordinator I come with  a van with useful extras, from cake knives to galvansied tubs for drinks, and as a stylist, never worry if you forget a prop or feel you want to go for that additional lighting... i have my warehouse of delights that will save the day... run out of time for sign writing... I'm a calligrapher too, so do not fret!...we have made last minute button holes, bouquets, i've iced a cake, taken up hems....we are your wedding fairies!
